From site visit to first clean: what actually happens

The walkthrough, the scoped proposal within 48 hours, the initial deep clean and the ongoing schedule. Every step from your first call, in order.

Short answer: You book a site visit, we walk the site with you, and a scoped written proposal lands within 48 hours. Then an initial deep clean resets the site, the ongoing schedule starts with the same team each visit, and you keep a named contact and a client portal from day one.

Step one: you call or book a site visit

Start with a phone call or the booking form. Either way, you hear back within 48 hours. That is a promise, not an aspiration, because slow replies at the quoting stage tell you exactly how problems will be handled later.

Step two: the walkthrough

We do not price a commercial site sight unseen. One of our operators walks your site with you, and you lead the tour. You point out what matters most: the reception that clients see, the bathrooms your staff complain about, the kitchen that never stays clean. We measure the spaces, note access and alarm procedures, and record any compliance needs, whether that is a lab, a gym, a health service or a food area.

Step three: a scoped proposal within 48 hours

Within 48 hours of the walkthrough you get a written proposal, priced from the site, not from a formula. It lists every task and how often it is done. Nothing in it says "general cleaning", because a scope you cannot measure is a scope you cannot hold anyone to.

"We only started recently, but so far we are impressed with the professionalism. The quoting process was clear and detailed, and they visited the site to correctly identify our needs. The initial deep clean was a great idea, and our fortnightly cleans have been great ever since. Our office building is looking sharp."

Step four: the initial deep clean

The first visit is not a regular clean. It is a deep clean that resets the site: built-up grime, high and low dust, vents, skirting, the corners the last cleaner stopped seeing. This gives the ongoing schedule a proper baseline. Maintaining a clean site is a different job from rescuing a dirty one, and we do not start the schedule until the rescue is done.

Step five: the ongoing schedule, same team each visit

Your regular cleans run to the agreed scope with the same team each visit, so nobody relearns your site from scratch. Every clean follows our 5-Step V.I.P method with strict checklists, and live GPS tracking confirms the team was on site when the schedule says. Consistency is the whole product. Clients keep naming the same cleaner years apart for a reason.

Step six: you always know who to call

You get a named account contact, not a call centre, and a client portal with real-time updates. Rate any clean through the customer rating system and a low score is followed up, not filed. If something is ever not right, you do not pay until it is. No lock-in contract holds you here, so staying is a decision you remake every month, and it is our job to keep making it easy.

How to prepare for the walkthrough

  1. Write down access notes: entry points, alarm procedures, keys or fobs, and any hours we must work around.
  2. List the problem areas a previous cleaner kept missing. Specific complaints make a better scope.
  3. Flag compliance requirements: labs, food areas, health services, or anything with its own cleaning standard.
  4. Decide who your day-to-day contact will be, so feedback flows through one person on each side.

Common questions

How quickly will I get a price?
Within 48 hours of the walkthrough, as a scoped written proposal. It is priced from your actual site, not a per-square-metre formula, so it lists the tasks, the frequency and the price with nothing vague in it.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. There are no lock-in contracts and no auto-renewal traps. The agreement runs while the work earns it, and we do not take payment until you are 100 percent happy.
What happens at the site visit?
We walk your site with you, and you lead. You point out what matters most, the problem areas, and anything a previous cleaner kept missing. We measure the spaces, note access and alarm procedures, and record any compliance needs your industry carries.
Why does the first clean cost more than the regular ones?
Because the first visit is a deep clean that resets the site to a proper baseline. Built-up grime, vents, skirting and the corners a tired schedule skips all get done once, properly. The regular schedule then maintains that standard instead of chasing it.
